n8n Automation: Microsoft Ecosystem to ADINUSA

This project aims to streamline and automate data management workflows utilizing n8n as the core integration hub. Through this workflow architecture, the Microsoft ecosystem—spanning Excel, Microsoft Docs, SharePoint, and OneDrive—is mapped and synchronized in real-time to the ADINUSA educational platform.

Previously, synchronizing user data, training materials, and assessment logs from the Microsoft platform to ADINUSA relied on manual export/import mechanisms. This process was highly prone to human error and inherently suffered from synchronization latency.

By leveraging the node-based automation capabilities of n8n, I engineered dedicated webhooks and direct API injects that routinely listen for directory changes in OneDrive and row updates within Excel spreadsheets on SharePoint.

Every triggered event automatically executes requests to ADINUSA's API endpoints to validate user progress, update certification scores, and distribute learning licenses instantly, operating efficiently without requiring any human intervention.
